Memorial Library and Museum

The Lost Boys and Girls Memorial Foundation (LBGMF) looking for a piece of land preferable a park within the South Sudanese’s capital Juba to host a Memorial Library-cum Museum.

This establishment will house a state-of-the-art library with catalogued books, periodicals, articles, research documents, databases, computer access, audios, videos related to Lost Boys and Girls as well as materials connected to the war of liberation.

There shall also be a Museum that will carry artefacts and materials significnt to the lives of the Lost Boys and Girls as well as materials from the Sudanese civil war of 1983-2005.

Memorial Monuments

The Lost Boys and Girls Memorial Foundation (LBGMF) is dedicated to honoring the past events in the lives of thousands of the Lost Boys and girls from times they lived in refugee camps as “unaccompanied minors” to the times they lived in “New Sudan Youth Centres” or “SPLM/A Liberated Areas” in South Sudan.

At locations with significant history connected to plight and suffering of the Lost Boys and Girls, the Foundation will raise funds to erect monuments and other commemorative symbols in honor of fallen heroes and heroines of these children of one of the longest and brutal protractive wars on African soil. These monuments will be erected in memory of the sacrifices of the Lost Boys and Girls in locations in South Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Canada, Australia, United States and Cuba where the Lost Boys and Girls suffered and endured the consequences of civil war.
